Thoughts in How to Achieve Leadership Qualities

Leaders don't wander through life trying to figure out what they will do next. Rather a true leader will use his head and think carefully while giving careful consideration of his next moves. Leaders rarely are bored, since a leader will use the creative mind to find things to do. A leader always uses his head while thinking carefully about every decision he makes. This includes considering consequences of his actions, thoughts, words, behavior, and the like.

To help you understand leader traits we can consider a few examples. Husbands are examples of leaders. A good husband will take the lead while always considering his family. A good husband will love his family as he loves self and will show this truth by using actions, thoughts, words, etc. A husband has a big responsibility in the household, since he is the ultimate breadwinner. Unfortunately, the world has changed dramatically; accordingly, the role of a husband has now changed. Still, some families today still adhere to the inborn rules of family life. Still, a mother or woman has leadership ability in the home too.

Malcolm X is one of the leaders of our time. While Malcolm followed other leaders in a goal that fought for human rights, this leader made huge mistakes since he fought for a city for blacks only where whites where not permitted. What we see here is one person following instead of leading, since instead of fighting to abolish racism of any sort he promoted racism himself. This is a good example for many; however, it is a bad example for those that truly understand leadership qualities.

Bill Clinton is one of the presidents of our time that illustrated outstanding leadership qualities. While this operate made mistakes, during his time as president he demonstrated traits of a true leader by considering the citizens. This man promoted good deeds to the system like very few presidents of our time has demonstrated, and his time in presidency shown light through one of the best times our economy, while dropping the rates of crime in various areas of the world. This man adhere to leadership rule while thinking of others and employing strategies to make things better instead of dwelling on his huge mistakes. This man in my opinion, which has concrete evidence, is one of the greatest leaders in the world of all times. If you want a fine example to follow, think Bill Clinton.

Another fine example in our time is Martin Luther King Jr. This man had outstanding leadership qualities above many, and combined with Clinton these two men alone won "peace" rewards like no other person in the world. I liked how Martin Luther King Jr. presented self in public. Rather than promoting hate, this man's conduct alone promoted peace, although he stood up for what he believed in regardless of what he survived to do it. King was tossed in jail, beaten and later shot. God Bless this wonderful example of a leader, and may God bless his efforts down the road.

As you see, leaders stand up and go beyond to defend what they believe. True leaders will not allow hardships stop them from accomplishing their goals. True leaders push all that prejudice nonsense out the door and move the world to think, instead of act like poor excuses for human beings. Prejudice is hate, and a leader will not promote hate, rather a true leader will promote love.

While we have many leaders today and from of old, the greatest leader ever to walk the earth was Jesus Christ himself. What outstanding qualities of a true leader.
