Leaders use advantages to their favor. The leader adjusts his skills to handle various situations in which he encounters. The advantages he will use to allot freedom in moving in various directions. He sets limits for self, while realizing how far he can go as a human being. The leader sets reasonable goals. He realizes that if he sets goals higher than he can achieve that it will only make his path and efforts more difficult. The leader finds excitement in his efforts to complete his goals regardless of the struggles along the way.

Leaders are excited about tasks they take on regardless if they lack the skills. Rather the leader is ready to learn and delegate if necessary. Leaders use inspirations to reach the top of their goals. Leaders will often decide on jobs that provide them self-assurance, security, hope, self-confidence and more to achieve their mission. For instance, people are always pointing me to other careers, however I am a true natural writer and for me to work at a gas station would only bring forth stress. Still, if I had to I could find enjoyment out of the work and complete the job successfully.

Leaders have positive attitudes. These people take the 'T' and apostrophe out of "can't" and turn it around to I can. Leaders face problems head on and take responsibility for their part in the problem. The leader knows he has the ability to handle the problem and is willing to face the consequences of his decisions. He knows he can do whatever he puts in his mind to do. The leader does not feel humiliated at what time he has to ask for help, rather he accepts asking questions as a growing response.

Leaders are determined. These people realize that efforts bring forth rewards. The leader will not stop until he finishes his job. If the leader fails, he will divert in another direction to learn from his failure. This person will realize he is a human being and allows room for small and large mistakes.

Leaders are eager. The leaders in the world are always willing to learn something new. Leaders will strive to unleash their inner instincts to achieve their leadership qualities and will continue to grow and learn once they reach the top. Leaders build solid foundations while setting limits and boundaries.

Leaders are responsible. These people will own up to their leadership. They will hold accountable for their part in failures, mistakes and the like. Leaders have higher than average standards, values, and morals and will set examples while using these qualities for others to follow.

Leaders are sociable. These people are able to express their feelings freely while talking to anyone on any level. This person listens well as he speaks. The leader is not shy, rather he verbally communicates effectively and assertively. He makes people listen and understand. Leaders are not snobby, or stuck up. Rather these people realize they are human beings like everyone else and will consider others with his every decision. He is assertive and confident.

Leaders above all else are honest. These people strive for truths and will go to all lengths to find the facts. Leaders know that the truth hurts people's feelings, yet he realizes that the truth is more valuable than concerning hurt feelings. Rather, he considers all as he speaks, but realizes that hurt feelings sometimes will occur.

Leaders are intelligent and will use wisdom, experiences, and facts while moving ahead. Leaders illustrate patients. The leader realizes that he will meet all sorts of people in life and is prepared to handle each accordingly. A leader never quits and is always willing to take the heat.
