Removing Prejudice in How to Achieve Leadership Qualities Prejudice is hate. Prejudice is road blockers that hinder a person from seeing their direction in life. Prejudices are traps of the mind that prevent a person achieving his full potentials in life.
Prejudices causes injuries and damages to other people, which is a result of judgments, made, actions taken, or disregards of another persons rights. It is an opinion based on preconceived thinking or judgment. There are rarely justifiable grounds or facts that back prejudices. It is an attitude of irrational thinking, which directs hostility to others, and so forth.
Prejudice is hate. Leaders do not hate. Leaders do not disrespect the rights of other people. Leaders do not disregard or place little value on others. Leaders are well rounded and avoid judging others and rather than use opinions, leaders state the facts. Leaders also consider consequences at all angles. As you can see, a prejudice person has no regards for consequences.
The consequences of prejudiced minds of all colors, race, culture etc has done nothing but cause problems throughout our history. The problems are solvable, yet many fail to see through their prejudices to solve problems. Do you see traps? Do you see setbacks? Do you see blinded minds going nowhere?
If you want to become a leader, remove those prejudices and start considering other people and respect their rights. All of us have something in life to offer. A leader is aware of this and will show empathy to other people's feelings. Leaders strive for diversity and to understand its every detail. Variety is the true definition of diversity, whereas a leader strives for variety.
Yet, leaders conform to moral, morale, values, standards, humanity, beliefs, and the like. They strive to get the facts. Prejudiced irrational thinking on humanity includes, atrocities, which summed up is slaughtering. Prejudice minds disregard human rights, while having no guilt for their actions, which limits responsibility. A true leader adheres to responsibility and will take account for his actions, words, thoughts, etc.
In other words, a leader is humane. This person marks his path by showing compassion for others, sympathizing with humans, considering their rights and thoughts, as well as studying to do better along the way. This quality is so rare that I literally discussed the topic with a person who turned and asked me "What is humane? What does it mean?"
This is sad. Down through our history of leaders we have seen many poor traits and qualities present themselves as superficial characteristics of leaders. This has dropped the respect level, and has promoted prejudices. With this in mind, a leader will take action to try to prevent the same mistakes, and will find resolves to deal with the problems head on.
Now we are going to take a test. Reach down inside you to see if you have prejudices existing. Can you recognize those prejudices? Can you move those prejudices for your life so that you can unleash those inner instincts and work toward achieving leadership qualities? Rather you have to develop and cultivate the qualities natural inborn into you.
Now, think of your standards, values, beliefs, morale, morals, ethnics, and so forth. Consider all these traits and consider how you can enhance these traits to make you a leader?
Take the challenge. Get rid of your prejudices. Build your morale, morals, standards, beliefs, and ethnics. Build them to you acquire qualities of a leader and then continue building until you reach your goal. Once you reach your goal, don't stop. Continue moving ahead!
