Realism Taking the Lead in How to Achieve Leadership Qualities Realism is a concern for the facts. It is a concern for reality. Realism is also a rejection of impractical, illogical, and irrational reasoning, as well as visionaries that prove unfruitful.
A person with a realism quality will look inside and outside the mind to see all areas of a problem and search diligently to find a resolve. Leaders will focus on realism while photo -realism by drawing up images in the mind that characterize extreme and meticulous portraying the problems and the details of the problem.
Leaders are always in reality-check, i.e. the leader strives to clarify facts, while serving reminders of true reality and realism while removing errors of misconceptions. A teacher punishes the mind in a way to gain good results, which makes a leader.
Leaders strive to be real. This person seeks out actual proven facts and strives to employ them throughout his existence. Leaders will use reality to remove errors, point out inconsistencies, consequences, etc, and will rectify the defects of the problem. Leaders will modify, correct, and find acceptability in problems. The leaders will find correctors to help others see consequences, gains, losses, etc.
For instance, a parent will tell their children not to smoke. A leader parent will stress this issue throughout the child's life, while setting examples. The leader will point out consequences of bad decisions, and will move ahead to stress those consequences by using examples. This is realism and facing reality combined.
Some examples of non-realism and non-realistic minds are seen in the following factual presentations.
Simple issue What do you see or think when the number one is presented to you? Most people say, gosh I never thought of it. It really doesn't mean anything to me. These people are saying that they wish not to think critically to resolve the issue. The person will make excuses or perhaps come up with a few meanings, but it won't go any further. We do not see leader qualities, only qualities of leaders beneath the surface. The fact is (1) represents a laboratory series of testing which discovered issues with the liver, and solvers to minimize fats that harm the liver, and minimize problems that could increase liver problems. I am not going through the details, however I encourage you to explore your leadership qualities by finding out what (1) may truly signify.
Larger Issue: A couple begins arguing once the news comes that a baby is on the way. The husband appears to think deeply, however he aggressively mistreats his wife, yelling, "You should have thought of me before you chose to have a baby. I am not ready for this responsibility. I have bigger problems to deal with now and this is overwhelming."
This man is blaming his wife for becoming pregnant. He is seeing the reality; however, he is not accepting the realism that he is part of the reason that a new baby is on the way. He makes big mistakes by mistreating and blaming his wife, at the same time failing to see his responsibility. He is selfish. The problem is solvable, yet he is not seeing ways to solve his own problems. The man is thinking in his own mind that his wife failed to consider him. Neither mate took responsibility to avoid pregnancy, and apparently a let down in communication exists. There is no sign of leadership, therefore if one or the other does not cultivate leadership qualities and put them to use, this relationship is likely to fail. Face reality and cultivate realism.
